Why isn't there a fixed price for apps?
Because a "10-screen app with payments and an AI feature" and a "3-screen app with a form" are wildly different builds, and a single sticker price would either overcharge the small one or undersell the big one. The scope form takes ~2 minutes and gets you an honest fixed price for your build, usually within 24 hours. Small landing sites are the one exception — they're similar enough to have a simple starting price.
How fast can you actually deliver?
A landing page: often within a week. A web-app MVP: typically 3–6 weeks. Larger systems, mobile apps and games: quoted with a real date on the scoping call. We'd rather commit to a date we'll hit than one that sounds good.
"Built with AI" — does that mean lower quality?
No. AI accelerates the work; experienced builders direct it, review it, and own the result. You get more product for your money and a faster timeline — not a worse product. Our own live products run on exactly this process.
Do I own the code and accounts?
Yes. On handover the code and accounts (domain, hosting, Stripe, app-store listings, etc.) are yours. No lock-in. If you want us to keep maintaining it, that's a retainer — a choice, not a trap.
What if I don't know my full scope yet?
Totally normal. Fill in what you know and pick "not sure" where you're unsure — the form is built for that. We'll come back with questions and help you scope the right build. Scoping is part of the job, and it's free.
